After remastering the huge Plains of Eidolon area last April, Digital Extremes is about to roll out a new update for Warframe that will improve the graphics and navigational possibilities of Jovian Concord, the gaseous city of Jupiter. The patch will come to PC next week, although the exact day of its release has not yet been specified.
As you can see in the comparison that accompanies the news, the redesign of Jovian Concord is perhaps even more ambitious than the previous one: it affects lighting, modeling and environmental sound; but the final result not only has a cosmetic purpose, but also a functional one. In this way, we can take advantage of the latest improvements to the parkour system.
In addition, the Jovian Concord update also involves the arrival of new contents for Warframe: new enemies (amalgams) and bosses appear, as well as a new way in the Ganymede area. Finally, a new female Warframe named Wisp is introduced. It moves stylishly through the air, applying improvements on itself and its allies; but you can also open a portal that connects directly with the Sun to release its heat on enemies.
