Sega fans have been asking for new videogames of emblematic sagas for years like Virtua Fighter and House of the Dead but, at least for now, it does not seem that their pleas will be heard in the short term. The company responsible for the latest Judgment has introduced two gaming machines inspired by these two franchises.
As part of its Battle Genesis range, a series of slot machines with LED display and a more attractive aesthetic that the traditional ones, these new machines of Virtua Fighter and House of the Dead have planned to disembark in the Asian game rooms in summer of this same year; with plans to also premiere in the rest of the world on a date yet to be determined.
Faced with the requests of his fans Sega announced months ago that there were no plans for a new Virtua Fighter, a prestigious series of fight whose last chapter, Virtua Fighter 5, premiered in the arcades in 2006.
