We will not have too long to enjoy the compilation of the entire collection of The Walking Dead in physical format for PS4 and Xbox One. Under the name of The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series, the video game will hit stores next September 10, offering all the seasons of the title and a handful of extra elements in playable and audiovisual form that will undoubtedly enjoy the users who followed Clementine’s story since its debut in 2012.
The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series contains the four full seasons of the series and The Walking Dead: Michone, 400 Days and other digital content released over the years in the most successful Telltale production. Throughout its 23 episodes, the now defunct firm managed to tell the dramatic story of Clementine, who has become one of the most beloved protagonists of the contemporary video game. Beyond the playable, The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series also includes numerous extra content, interviews, galleries, soundtrack player or the documentary Return of the Walking Dead. Among the extras has been added to filter for the game called Graphic Black, which tries to emulate what was expressed by Tony Moore in his comics.
On the new filter, the creative director of The Walking Dead at Skybound Games, Kent Mudle, explained in a press release that ” is a tribute to the original material, made with love and with a very powerful visual style that makes the game look like a comic in motion (…) offers to the fans more unconditional to different way to return to play the series with a new lighting while bringing new players to smoother and homogeneous look through all seasons. ” The editor has shown the new visual section in a trailer comparing it with the original content. It will remain until September 10 (PC in digital format) to see the whole adventure with the new appearance.
