For months now it has been rumored that the team responsible for the great Divinity: Original Sin II is working on a new Baldur’s Gate, and although they denied it in their day, today this rumor seems already evident. The Larian Studios team has given the first clues by publishing on its website the image of the three in Roman numerals. The logical thing would be to think of Divinity: Original Sin 3 but tracking in its web code mentions have been found to Baldur’s Gate 3 and the D & D license.
Without an official confirmation by the studio but with the E3 2019 around the corner, everything seems to indicate that in a matter of days the authors of Divinity will present this longed for RPG. The original episodes were developed by BioWare, becoming one of the most valued role-playing adventures.
In recent years, the Beamdog team worked on remastered versions that included a few new content, and came to think that they would be responsible for working on the expected Baldur’s Gate 3. To finish by announcing at the fair in Los Angeles, perhaps the PC Gaming Show of E3 2019, which will take place next June 10, is an interesting option for your presentation.
