A few hours ago the videogame catalog of Mega Drive Mini was unveiled, the retro console from Sega that will allow you to enjoy up to 42 classics from the mythical Mega Drive, but the Japanese took the opportunity to also present Mega Drive Tower Mini [/ b], an ideal complement for the most nostalgic.
For now only announced in Japan with a price close to 35 euros, this peculiar tower allows coupling to Mega Drive Mini miniature versions of the first Mega CD model and the failed 32X. Does this mean that we enjoy more video games on this platform? Nothing is further from the truth as it is a simple aesthetic complement, which was precisely presented with a lot of sense of humor by the Sega creatives.
If you do not know these rare peripherals, Mega-CD allowed that Mega Drive read disks, at the same time that it improved the speed and technical features of the platform. The 32X support, on the other hand, further improved its technological potential with 32bits designed to show polygonal graphics. It remains in the air if the fans in the West will have the opportunity to buy these parts that will be sold in a joint pack.
Mega Drive Mini will go on sale on September 19 at a price of 79, 99 euros.
