During the Tribeca film festival in New York, Hideo Kojima has been asked if he has an interest in working on anything other than video games, and the father of the Metal Gear saga has been clear. The author of Death Stranding intends to continue creating games until the end of his days.
In the past the Japanese creative has shown interest in working on other content outside of the world of videogames, with special mention to cinema, of which he is a great aficionado. With the opening of the new Kojima Productions team, the author of Metal Gear Solid has already stated that the focus was on digital content, “so you might consider making movies, animation or anything.” However, back then, Kojima confirmed that he would focus on creating games.
& quot; People expect videogames from me, so that’s where I want to focus, & quot; I said at the time. During the Tribeca film festival the Japanese creative has not shown new contents of Death Stranding but he has assured that his new work “will bring something new to the open world games”, dropping some more clues about its mysterious multiplayer component.
