Through YouTube, Capcom has unveiled a new Monster Hunter World: Iceborne debuting monster. This is Acidic Glavenus (no official Spanish translation yet), a subspecies of Glavenus that until now only the attendees of the Comic Con of San Diego had been able to see.
As the name implies, the Acidic Glavenus replaces the fire of his tail-sword with acid, and also gains some other unpublished technique. You can see it in action in the Putrefacto Valley, as shown in the video that accompanies the news.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne arrives on consoles in September and on PC at some unspecified point of winter. It has a new difficulty equivalent to the G rank of previous games in the saga, and will introduce totally new monsters, some rescued from past deliveries and also subspecies of existing creatures. Among the latter are the Howling Legiana, the Fulgurean Anjanath or the Ebony Odogaron.
