It is already here. The filtration this morning already testified that its release was imminent but now Sony has confirmed the landing of a series of free updates for Days Gone that, on the one hand, will introduce a new mode of more intense difficulty for the player and, on the Other, they will add every week this summer to a series of challenges with different incentives for their correct conclusion.
This difficulty mode of a greater challenge for the player is called Survival and the same hot is thrown. “Add more adjustments to the current hard mode that produces a much more challenging experience when it comes to surviving in the central Oregon area,” says Bend Studio, explaining that enemies will be more difficult and options such as fast travel will not serve to avoid them. To further entangle the issue, the interface can only be enabled for a moment with the vision of survival.
As an additional attraction, its managers expose that there will be new aspects of motorcycle and trophies that will be completely exclusive of this difficulty.
The other novelty is the challenges. These will be combat, motorcycle or horde with unique rules and score modifiers and, if done well, will allow a reward patches that will give certain advantages (more health, faster resistance recovery, lower concentration cost, greater lifespan of melee weapons or better precision with weapons on the bike).
The first one will be surrounded, arrive at the end of the month and invite players to survive the infinite attack of a horde in Camp. Sherman From Bend Studio twelve challenges are promised in twelve weeks to enjoy Days Gone throughout the summer.
