In a recent interview with Gaming Bolt, Remedy Entertainment (Alan Wake, Quantum Break) has had the opportunity to talk about the contents and duration of Control, his new videogame. Although it is focused on the narrative, it seems that the title will offer more freedoms and things to do than the previous works of the Finnish study and fixes its duration at around 15 or 20 hours.
That, taking for granted let’s focus on completing the campaign and “a few side quests”, which is probably what most fans will do when the game is available. However, those responsible say that we are talking about “a big and complicated game”. That “can be played in multiple ways”, so the number of hours is a simple estimate that could vary between player and player.
Control will be available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One next 27 of August. Recently, Remedy showed how the game looks using the raytracing technology in the PC version.
