If you fancy a new adventure starring Mario, and you can not wait for Nintendo to announce a new game, you might want to dust off the great Super Mario 64 and try to mod that makes it Super Mario Odyssey.
Kaze Emanuar is responsible for this content that moves some of the main mechanics of Super Mario Odyssey, such as the use of Cappy to jump, to the classic game of Nintendo 64. His work also recreates many elements of The Kingdom of Arena and the Kingdom of the Falls, although it is not an exact copy. His plan is to finish a full version of Odyssey in 64, with around 300 stars.
It’s not the first time we highlight Emanuar’s work with this classic Mario adventure. Thanks to this fan we have been able to enjoy, for example, Super Mario 64 in HD, panoramic format and 60 fps, or the 30 classic levels of Super Mario Bros. of NES recreated in Mario 64 thanks to a curious demo.
