Industrial designer Olivier Raymond has anticipated a possible announcement by Nintendo regarding a revision of Nintendo Switch and has created his own proposal for a new version of the console named Nintendo Switch Up.
The Raymond version updates the original platform with a lighter and more powerful model. Unlike the current Switch, the two Joy-Con are connected to the console, and they are not separate commands that can be separated. The other representative element of Switch, the Dock, is renewed with Clever Dock, in which you can fit the back part of the console instead of inserting it entirely.
This designer has also thought about collectors and has created several editions of Switch Up that include Phazon Black, Cloud White, Blue Master, Iggy Green, Ink Pink and the classic Atomic Purple of the 90’s. Raymond has not forgotten the presentation of this imaginary product and has created even the boxes in which Nintendo Switch Up would be commercialized betting on the recognizable red tone of Nintendo and that can be personalized with the name of each player.
To check if the imagination and excellent work of this amateur matches the plans of the great Japanese developer, maybe we just have to wait a few days, until Nintendo shows its arsenal of fun on the occasion of E3 this year. Do not miss any announcement and check all the schedules and conferences of E3 2019.
